Free Technical Training Programs
Our agency was recently selected by the city of Memphis through the Workforce Investment Network (WIN) and the Greater Memphis Alliance for a Competitive Workforce (GMACW) as one of the “Gold Standard” Staffing Agencies. We have been awarded funding for training and access to technology that allows us to track the performance of our employees digitally. We are able to provide FREE vocational/college courses that work around their schedules. Programs/Courses include, but are not limited to:
- Certified Logistics Technician [CLA/CLT]
- Medical Device Packaging
- Metal Finishing
- Engineering Certification
- Pre Apprentice Machinist Certification
- Quality Assurance Certification
Our clients are granted access to view our employees statuses and progress in real time through a web portal. We are also able to customize training courses and award badges and/or certifications to employees as they complete any courses and/or training requested by our clients. This technology allows our clients to track the top performers and helps us to jointly recognize, monitor and encourage the employees that are bringing the most value to the operation.
Paycheck Advances
Prestigious Placement employees do not have to wait until Friday to get paid. All employees are able to request paycheck advances directly from us and receive their paycheck up to 4 days earlier than their scheduled pay date.
Gas and Food Cards
Employees may request gas and food cards as needed.
Dental Health Services
Prestigious Placement employees do not have to wait until Friday to get paid. All employees are able to request paycheck advances directly from us and receive their paycheck up to 4 days earlier than their scheduled pay date.
Credit Repair Services
Employees have access to our in-house personal credit repair coordinator. We analyze their credit history and help them
1. Understand their credit score.
2. Help them remove items that may negatively impacting their scores
3. Educate them on the numerous ways to improve their credit score over a shorter period of time.
United in Addressing Disability Needs
At Prestigious Placement, we believe in order for the disabled to be successful, they must be empowered to meet their educational and employment goals. We have a special division dedicated to providing comprehensive, specialized and individualized training for disadvantaged job seekers in securing integrated, competitive employment. Through our partnerships, we are currently contracted with the State of Tennessee Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Security's Ticket to Work, ECF CHOICES, Shelby County Schools and Project SEARCH. This special division is staffed with highly qualified team members. Our Vocational Rehabilitation division focuses and understands the value of excellence, hard work, professionalism and accountability as we coach and approach the people we serve with respect, compassion, honesty and appreciation
Child Care Services
One of the challenges that many working parents run into is consistent child care options. Prestigious Placement employees do not have to worry about this. Our agency is partnered with childcare service providers that are strategically located around the city of Memphis. We are able to offer extremely discounted rates to Prestigious Placement employees by utilizing our long standing relationships with these child care service providers.
